Trials build endurance and endurance builds character. Not sure why that is God’s method of developing you spiritually but it is.
So the pearl became a valuable jewel after the grit and dirt got in a mollusk or oyster and secretions released to protect the living creature from the irritant. Are you feeling worn down by trials, bad news, or struggles? God truly can use all things to grow you spiritually preparing you for his kingdom work.
PRAYER: Trials and tests are not fun but in the end when it is all said and done I am stronger for what I endured. Give me strength for any challenges that await me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
