And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.Ephesians 4:32You never know what a person is going through so it is good to give others the benefit of the doubt and be kind.It is necessary to let go of unnecessary ‘baggage’ wearing you down spiritually. Yes there are really bad crazy unthinkable things happening in the world but don’t let the news or tweets consume your life. Get away somewhere and talk to God and breathe.When the condition of the world and culture makes you feel less than nice go to God. Take a few moments to just say thanks to God.PRAYER: Father help me as I seek to not let outward circumstances make me gloomy or unkind. I choose joy. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
