Focus On The Good

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.Philippians 4:8

It is so easy to complain and become disheartened. If you don’t have anything good to say say nothing. 

Make 2021 the year of the Lord for real. By this I mean get serious about growing in your walk with Christ. Put away distractions like social media, television, video games, app games, and anything that causes anxiety, fear, comparison, or anger. 

You have to be intentional in your desire to draw others closer to the king and not inflame them trying to prove a point. This is where giving up social media comes in. Do you best to present yourself a workman who does not need to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth(2 Timothy 2:15) and stay away from quarrels which breed dissent. (Titus 3:9)

PRAYER:Lord you are so good and I love being able to come into your presence with thanksgiving in my heart. Even when chaos is swirling in my personal life or in the world I trust in you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
