Be Patient While Waiting

 





"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:9

2020 is behind us and mostly everyone breathes a sigh of relief but the Covid cloud is still following us. So many struggles due to isolation and loneliness among friends and families. I have come to the conclusion what we need to do is stay in God's word not anything else. I am not here to write about Covid but to try to bring peace among the chaos and confusion. 

One thing we know is God is still on the throne. Do what you can to keep safe and keep others safe . Many theories are swirling about that is the bad part about the internet and social media, everyone out there is the 'expert' or has a theory on what is happening. I know for one God did not create this virus but he can still work in the midst of it. 

Our second grandchild was born during Covid and most new parents can attest to the fact it can be nerve wracking trying to do the right thing to keep them healthy and isolated since they are so tiny and frail. Know that God cares. The Holy Spirit is your comforter and is there for you when it seems the world has run out. Continue to pray for quick eradication of this disease, and for wisdom and protection for medical personnel in the midst of it.

PRAYER: Lord help hurting and confused hearts turn to you in times like these. Our enemy, the devil, loves the chaos and death going on and seeks to create even more division. I resist him and lift up family and friends who may be directly affected by this and pray for continued protection. In Jesus' name. Amen.
