Porn addiction, drugs, alcohol, sexual promiscuity, Facebook posting,Instagram addictive behavior, too much screen time, lusting after someone, reading violent or trashy novels. Many things can captivate you and lure you away from the one thing that can set you free, Jesus.In Hebrews 4:15 it says “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin” Yes Jesus was tempted but never gave in.Instead of every night being glued to Netflix or Prime or whatever, do something different. Talk, work puzzles, walk if you live in town, read your Bible. Take up a new hobby. Or just sit on your porch and relax.PRAYER: It is too easy to get caught up in bad stuff so sometimes you walk away or just say no. Wrong friends can land you in bad places. Help me Lord keep looking to the cross. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
