Many people can get extremely discouraged and just feel lethargic when it comes to their walk with the Lord.Perhaps issues are accentuated by the frivolity of this season making it hard to cope with your true emotions. Maybe you feel you are expected to be jolly and bright and when you aren’t you think something is wrong with you.Don’t put the baby Jesus on the back burner as you run around decorating, baking, attending open houses and parties but make a way to incorporate him into the festivities after all it is His BIRTHDAY. Take time to relax and slow down maybe go alone to a park or coffee shop. Enjoy the reason for this season.PRAYER: Lord at time I feel lost and lonely at this time of year and try to slow down and ask what is really necessary. Guide me as I can help another get closer to the Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
