Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Ephesians 4:31 NIV
Step back a moment . Read today’s verse over and reflect on its’ meaning.
Are you angry or bitter towards anyone? Is there someone in your life you need to forgive and be kind to. Malice means the intention or desire to do evil. Even the despicable characters you may be able to think of say in politics or maybe your job. Can you and will you forgive them take it a step further and pray for them?
You get hurt, you feel unjustly used or lied to. Your character or reputation has been smeared. You and others were victims of corruption and deception by those in high powerful places. Your choice is to pray for them asking God to heal them of the wretched disease of malice. Don’t catch yourself stooping to a lower level. Take the high road. God will be happy.
PRAYER: It hurts to be wronged or lied to or struck down by deception. I know you Fsther are not pleased with troublemakers and those who intentionally lean towards being evil. Set people free as more than likely they are functioning with a demonic spirit. Show me how to love and pray. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
