Spiritually Depleted?

“Earnestly I seek you, my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you in a dry and weary land where there is no water.” Psalm 63:1

How much time do you spend on social media? How about watching TV? Now how much time do you devote to getting closer to your savior? Three questions to seriously ponder. 

In order to be prepared for potential battle soldiers have to train and stay in good physical shape. Today there is a spiritual battle raging for your soul. 

Have you abandoned the Lord or maybe squeeze in a quick verse of the day, better than nothing. Perhaps it is time to get serious about defeating those giants out there trying to get you off course.

PRAYER: I need you Lord and often I allow mundane distractions to draw me away to worldly pursuits. Help me get on track and stay on track. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
