Love Is The Greatest Light Of All

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you."Isaiah 60:1

Love is of God and true love is God, and a quote by the late painter Thomas Kinkade says “love is the greatest light of all”. 

Thomas Kinkade was known as the painter of light as he discovered how light brings joy into people’s lives and all his paintings depicted that light. 

In the Christmas movie entitled Thomas Kinkade’s ‘The Christmas Cottage’ which I watched again this season it depicts the journey of Thomas Kinkade and the light he wanted others to see and which his mentor Glenn Wessels saw towards the end of his life. Do you shine the light of love for others to see? 

PRAYER: Lord use me to be a light on a dark place. Help people walking in darkness find that light. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
