“A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.” Proverbs 10:4I was pondering pioneer days as I gaze upon one of the many handmade quilts from my maternal grandmother. People in 1800’s and earlier did not have it easy. You worked hard or didn’t survive. Today we can sort of coast along and just run out to a store for stuff.Do you ever get lazy in your spiritual life? It is easy to just do ‘one minute devotions’ and be done for the day. I have done it. The enemy will try to get you lethargic so to speak.Anything worth having takes work. God never intended you and I to just exist but to push ahead and work hard. Even crumbling relationships take diligence. Trust God to help guide your steps daily as you plant seeds of hope and trust God to bring forth fruit.PRAYER: Lord I thank-you for each day you give me. Help me not be lazy but to work hard at every thing I do. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Welcome to God's Lemonade Stand
It is my hope that by reading this daily you will grow in your walk with Christ and knowledge of scriptures and be set free from any struggles in your life that are weighing you down. Be blessed to be a blessing.
