Do you feel like you have Joy, Hope, and contentment or somehow has following too closely after the modern culture squished them? If you saturate yourself daily with social media you will start to lose these things so my friend use self discipline and either get off social media or limit it.
Is it possible for restoration to occur? The answer is yes but your mind needs to be refocused and set on things above not on this Earth.It is your choice no one else can make it for you.PRAYER: Today I choose to think on things above and put down my phone for awhile if it is leading me to too many distractions and becoming a joy sucker.
